cuisine

We like to define our cuisine as creole, familar and loving.
Menus will vary according to the fresh ingredients that can be
found in the different seasons. Salient features are the local dishes made from corn, such as the locro, the carbonada, and the humita, as well as the beef and lamb broiled on mesquite (algarrobo) embers. The food is varied, and rich in vegetables and whole grains. The beef that is served in Estanzuela is produced in the natural grasslands of the region.
Meals at Estanzuela are abundant simple and tasty, framed by
a warm and familiar atmosphere.
